Boomerang:- Boomerang is a Tamil comedy and action movie written and directed by R. Kannan. The movie stars Atharvaa Murali, Megha Akash, R. J. Balaji and Sathish in lead roles, while Upen Patel plays an antagonistic role. Radhan composed the music for the movie.
R. Kannan announced that he would direct and produce a new film starring Atharvaa in lead role during October 2017. Megha Akash was signed on to portray the female lead actress. The film was 90% completed by March 2018, before production was delayed as a result of an industry-wide strike the following months. The flim was mainly shot for 45 days in and around Chennai, Aruppukottai, Virudhungar and Theni, with a song shot in Andaman Island, before coming to close in June 2018.
